- work on the implementation of procedure with inactive BV members in the Rules and Regulations (Frank and Claudia)

- adapt poll for GA dates (Frank) DONE.
- send out letter informing BV members about two possible dates, location and telling them that they can apply as representative for BoD (Frank)
- set up Wiki page for preparation of GA (Peter)

- who does what? What has to be done?
- See the Alpha version, and with Micha. The texts are written and just need to be put online.
- 6 Priorities for 2008
- talk about the trac system used by the programmers, if it could be used to experiment a task approach system for BW in general.
- It could allow to transform discussions and conclusions from to forum to a simple list which could eventually be ordered by skills (non-tech, for example). So a place where uncommitted persons (volunteers or not) could check what has to be done and pick what he likes.
- the tool give a good way to make priorizations
- Obvious risk: that nobody would care of one more tool, one more place.

- 8 Email to 'some' BW members
- JY proposed to email the members who has no photo (http://www.bevolunteer.org/forum/index.php?topic=1356.msg10443#msg10443). Do we want to start such notifications? It could be useful and efficient, if such message is well written and looks nice - aim: to convince the member, which had not been convinced at the first time, that BW is great and trustworthy.
- Frank will talk about such reminders during the Antwerpen unconference, and will start a discussion later in the forum.
