Drafts for new templates
The following are templates that can be used to contact members who have not provided all necessary information, or who need to be contacted. Although a personalized message is always nicer, templates are very practical and useful to contact members quickly. Please remember to remove or replace the words between [ brackets ]. Ideally we should translate these into as many language as possible.
Full/Real address
Dear [first name],
Thank you for showing an interest in becoming a member of BeWelcome. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the address you entered.
Please provide your real full address, as this is a security feature which we require all members to provide. If you simply don't want to display your personal information to other members, it is possible to keep it hidden by ticking the "hide" button. Your address will then be only visible for the volunteers reviewing your application. We will not use your address for any other purposes and will not send you any snail-mail (postal mail).
A full address means: street name, house number and flat number (if applicable) and Zip Code/Post Code. If you live in a place where there are no housenumbers, let us know through the feedback field below. If there is no street name or housenumber, try to add description how to find your place.
If you are currently on the road and do not have a stable address, please enter the address of the location you last lived in, plan to return to or simply enter your family address.

Real name

Thank you for showing an interest in becoming a member of BeWelcome. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with your real name. Please provide your full real name (Name, Second name (if applicable) and Last name). It is a security feature and all the new members are asked to provide it. If you do not want to display your name, you can always keep it hidden, so it will not be visible for other members. Only the volunteers reviewing your application will be able to see it.
Account for several people

Thank you for showing an interest in becoming a member of BeWelcome. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with your account. You have provided two names while signing up. However, we ask couples to sign up separately for following reasons: First of all it is difficult to keep profiles 'clean', if they actually refer to two different persons (just think of gender and age or even hobbies, languages etc.). Secondly, even if you now think that you will always be travelling together, there might be occasions, when only one of you hosts or is hosted, so the comments you might receive or write, would actually not be entirely true, since they would only refer to one half of the profile, as it were. We also listened closely to experiences of Servas, who had had many problems when couples split (which of course we hope will not happen in your case :)
Therefore we decided to ask couples to sign up for individual accounts, if they both want to log into the site. You can show your relation with your partner by using the 'Add Relation' tool. Thus your profile picture will show in your partner's profile and vice versa, but you will still have 2 independant accounts. Thank you for your understanding!

Please provide your exact ZIP (Postal) code as this is a part of your accurate address and is also important element for geographical adjustment as well as potentially locating the members correctly on the map. If you happen to live in one of the rare countries where there are no postal codes, please simply specify it in the feedback field below.

Double Signup

You tried to sign up as [name new account]. Unfortunately, it seems that you have already registered with a previous account : [name old account]. For safety reasons we do not allow members to sign up a second time. We have therefore rejected your [name new account] account.
If you have a problem with your [name old account] account, you can always contact us and we will try to find a solution for that.

Missing Data
